Water temperature alarm is usually caused by cooling system failure:
Basic inspection:
Confirm that the water level of the chiller water tank is ≥80%. If the liquid level is too low, add distilled water (tap water is prohibited to prevent scaling).
Clean the water tank filter and heat exchanger fins (blow dust with compressed air every month).
Optimize heat dissipation performance:
Check whether the ambient temperature exceeds the standard (it is recommended to install air conditioning to keep the room temperature ≤30℃).
Upgrade high-power cooling fan (such as replacing the original 20W fan with a 50W industrial-grade model).
Circulation system maintenance:
Test the water pump flow (standard ≥8L/min). If the water flow is weakened, disassemble and clean the impeller or replace the seal.
Replace the coolant every six months (recommended deionized water + antifreeze mixture, ratio 1:9).
Special case: If the alarm persists, it may be a refrigeration compressor failure (listen for abnormal noise), and you need to contact the manufacturer to replace the refrigerant or repair the compressor.
